We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, however, a return or an exchange request is unavoidable.

We suggest to check your package upon arrival. In case there is a damage in transmit.

Return/Exchange Guidelines

To make return/exchange service as easy as possible, please follow the guidelines as below:

1: Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 10 days upon receipt.

2 : Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request.And please allow a little bit color and size difference.

3 : All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and the panty protective strip intact.

4:We didn't accept C.O.D service,customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

5: Please put a paper into the parcel ,writing your order number,or we may not know which parcel is yours.

6: After you send the parcel ,please give us the tracking number,thanks a lot.

7:After our warehouse staff receive the parcel,check items all good,we will arrange refund.

8:We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Processing time: 2-7 days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
